A $150 nonrefundable deposit reserves your space in a class. The balance is due 30 days before the class start date, by credit card. A minimum of five people must be enrolled 31 days before class start date. There are no transfers or refunds as of 31 days of when your class begins unless someone replaces you. This policy applies to all Miracle Swimming full length (24-30 hour) courses.

Guarantee Agreement

You will achieve a level of comfort and skill you've never been able to reach before; you will marvel at your progress; you will begin to understand how water works for the first time; you will begin to find what it's like to be at ease in water regardless of how you've felt before, provided that you remain true to yourself and do only what is fun for you throughout the course.
Every student agrees to this statement:
"I understand that Miracle Swimming for Adults, Inc. ("MSA") provides a unique teaching. I understand that MSA is responsible for presenting the teaching, meeting me at my level, and answering all my questions about it. MSA will help me learn the course material. As in any class learning situation, I know that my responsibilities are to:
  • Attend all classes
  • Listen and ask all my questions until I'm satisfied
  • Apply the teaching to myself and my practice in the water
  • Refrain from pushing myself
  • Do only what's fun for me
  • Practice and ask for help when I need it
  • Attend the full 24 hours or 30 hours of class
  • Do the "homefun"
  • Give myself all the time I need.
If I don't keep this agreement, I understand that I am not entitled to a refund. If I am entitled to a refund, I may take the class again for free (within 12 months) instead of getting a refund if I choose. I receive no refund/transfers for missed classes."

VACATION CLASSES (5-day, 7-day, and longer)

Our policy is meant to protect MSA from committing a week in a vacation location, buying air fare and depositing hotel funds for an instructor and an assistant and then having too few people to hold the class due to a cancellation.
Sixty-five or more days before your class start date 100% refund (or transfer to another class) is available except for the nonrefundable deposit. From 64 to 45 days before your class start date, if you cancel, you may receive a 50% refund or transfer (of 50% credit) to another class for fees paid above the non-refundable deposit if a sixth person in class replaces you. This means that if the class is not large enough to fly after you cancel, you will forfeit your payments. Forty-four to 31 days from the class start date, no refunds or transfers except lodging (according to hotel policy) unless a 6th person in class replaces you. No refunds or transfers for any reason as of 30 days from class start date. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance if there's any chance you won't be able to attend. Cancellation Policy

Your nonrefundable deposit holds your space in a class. In most cases, if you cancel, you can transfer your payments to another class within the next 12 months. No refunds for cancellations. However, if there are 8 in the class, meaning no one else can get in, and you cancel within 30 days of the starting date, then unless an 8th person registers, your course fee will be forfeited. This is also true if the minimum number of students has signed up and your cancellation causes the class size to fall below the minimum.
